Ryan Gosling.
In addition to being a heartthrob actor (sigh), he is the “Hey Girl” meme star of Pinterest. For those unfamiliar with what that is, I’ll explain. There are legions of different pictures of Mr. Gosling looking all hunky with the words, “Hey Girl” at the top of the picture and then a few fun (but unrealistic) lines below.
Things in the category of:
“Hey girl, Let’s watch The Notebook together and cuddle.”
“Hey girl, Don’t worry about dinner. It’s important that you catch up on your blog reading.”
“Hey girl, You were robbed. Your chevron wreath should totally have made the linky party feature.”
“Hey girl, I’m still LOLing over that cat video you sent me.”
Just silly little things, actually. Many of them pertaining to crafting and blogging. Things that basically no man would ever say and therein lies the fun.
So in honor of Valentine’s day, Chelsea of Two Twenty One and a few other fun bloggers decided to host a “Hey Girl” linky party. But instead of the popular actor, we have the opportunity to “Hey Girl” the man in our lives or some other unsuspecting soul.
So here is Mr. Charming joining in on the fun:

You can start a whole trend…. ever man with a pick up will want a skirt around it, and I know for certain it would be a very useful DUST ruffle! Ah ha ha ha ha, excellent hey girls, and he gets to have a great name, I mean he is Mr. Charming – he lucked out!
